We employ a rigorous screening process that evaluates multiple aspects of each applicant's background: Main Street Property Management - BOOM

  • Credit History: A national credit check is conducted to assess financial responsibility. A minimum credit score of 599 is required, and any collections from previous landlords within the past seven years may result in disqualification.

  • Background Check: We perform a thorough background and sexual offender search. Eviction records within the last seven years, felony convictions, sex offenses, and domestic abuse charges are grounds for denial.

  • Income Verification: Applicants must demonstrate a gross monthly income of at least three times the monthly rent for single applicants or four times for multiple applicants. Acceptable documentation includes recent pay stubs, tax returns, or bank statements.

  • Rental References: We require two years of satisfactory rental history or proof of mortgage payments.

Our policies ensure compliance with the Fair Housing Act and are applied uniformly to all applicants.
